What is the meaning of wildlife?

 Life in which human activities have nothing to do with wildlife. 

 Wildlife is everywhere on earth. Wildlife is not just a word, it is a word that collects and keeps millions of wildlife species, such a life in which there is no intervention of human beings, the same can be called wildlife. 

 We will not discuss how many species of wildlife are there, because there are countless species of wildlife on the earth, which have been discovered by many great biologists of the world. These wildlife species live on different countries and continents.

 Our question is why do we need wildlife? 

 Wildlife plays an important role in human life. 

Act as a facilitator to make the wildlife ecosystem function smoothly. It acts like a natural organization consisting of living and no living components. 

The ecosystem exists on a large scale on the entire planet. the structure of the ecosystem is very large, but we are just trying to understand the ecosystem with wildlife. Wildlife is a very larger part of the terrestrial ecosystem. 

Tundra region and grassland are also included in wildlife and different types of forests are also included, example Coniferous forests, temperate deciduous forests, temperate evergreen, rain forests, tropical rain forests etc.

Wildlife is a great example of biodiversity. this means that wildlife is home to a wide variety of tree, plants, animals and micro organisms. Biodiversity varies according to the places. Kangaroos and pandas are a good example of this. 

Wildlife also plays a very important role from a strategic point of view, as if seen from a social and economic point of view, it is very important for humans.

 Wildlife is an immense source of renewable energy, providing many kinds of things to humans.

 Wildlife also helps in controlling the Earth 'climate. 

 Wildlife is a place for many wild animals to migrate. wildlife provides them with food and habitat.

Wildlife provides raw material to many industries in which wood is a very important resource such as giving wood to the wood industry which is later used to manufacture many types of human life items such as furniture, sports goods, match boxes, paper, etc.. 

Apart from this, wildlife also provides many other important items like herbs and raw materials for medicines and many types of oils which are extracted from the skin of very rare species. 

 What is the danger to wildlife?

 1) Deforestation is a major threat to wildlife. urbanization for the world's growing population and wildlife is resorted to meet the requirement of land to increase occupation, thereby eliminating the habitat of migratory animals. the development of human life does not mean that we play with the sources of living life on earth. 

2)Hunting of wildlife is also a very big problem. Hunting of rare animals and species is being done for illegal business. Import and export of animals and organism is done illegally from one country to another on such illegal trade. It seems impossible to control completely. 

3) Pollution pollutes wildlife. the waste generated by city and business and waste of nuclear energy also works to pollute wildlife. Pollution also enters wildlife in many ways such as soil pollution, Water pollution and Air pollution that causes damage to flora and fauna and other species. 

So does this mean that only wildlife is needed to fulfill man's own interests? Does man have any responsibility for wildlife? 

What can be the measures to conserve wildlife? 

1) Awareness : There is a need to have awareness for wildlife among the people. due to lack of public awareness many wildlife problems arise. 

2) Management of Wildlife : Poor governance by countries and poor governance by countries and inadequate laws and lack of resources is a big problem. Prevention of these problems is very important. All the Country's officials should spend appropriate amount of money to managing their wildlife.

Organizing and running the wildlife sanctuaries and parks is very important. this step can conserve many extinct species and species. Many countries are following this policy due to which many extinct species are still alive and thriving. Example of national park is  Kanha Tiger Reserve for tigers and Kaziranga National Park in India.

It has become very necessary and necessary to pass strict and strict wildlife conservation laws, so new laws can be made and made strict by making provisions in the existing laws. 

Many International Organizations insist on saving and improving wildlife and also make every possible effort to save the species of wildlife. 

Are those efforts towards positive direction? 

An example of this is the disease called Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020. It is revealed that the spread of wildlife and human beings is in contact with each other. What has United Nations made a provision for the punishment of people and countries responsible for spreading such diseases, it is also discussed internationally. It is necessary and many similar diseases are exposed in the last decades. The countries of the continent of Africa are very familiar with these diseases, due to lack of awareness in may countries of Africa, humans have been vulnerable to those diseases. this may put a question mark on attempts at international Institutions. 

The policies of many countries are only on economic plans, the purpose of those polices is only to fulfill their economic and social needs from wildlife such as mining and taking raw materials. The responsibility of those countries is to protect and protect their wildlife.
